Who created this curriculum?
The Dairy Council of California develops nutrition education programs that are easy-to-use and meet the unique needs of students at different grade levels. Making healthy food choices from all food groups and including physical activity are the foundation for life-long health and wellness. Our easy to use programs are scientifically sound and tested to ensure behavior change.

How long is program?
The program will run from January 2006 to August 2006. At that point the results will be used to age-appropriately adapt the curriculum and produce a preschool curriculum in 2007.
